Thailand International Trombone Competition winner earns Rath prize

Celebrations were in order for performer Irwin Loo recently, as he won a major Rath prize at the first Thailand International Trombone Competition.
Irwin was awarded a Rath R100N trombone after he was judged to have given the best interpretation of the commissioned work, composed by Ricardo Mollá, at the Thailand International Trombone Festival.
He was presented with his new instrument at the festival by Rath Artist, Carol Jarvis.
