New Corpus Quartet CD
The Corpus Trombone Quartet have released the follow up to their acclaimed debut album.
Entitled "Corpus Carnival", it showcases the group's award winning musicality in a wide range of new repertoire, coupling the likes of Debussy and Dvorak with contemporary works by Marta and Koetsier. Two items that stand out on the CD are performances of the overture from "Don Pasquale" by Donizetti and Enrique Crespo's "Bruckner Etude" which was a highlight of concerts on their UK tour.

30/10/07 We've added a new information section to our website. This has information about buying a Rath trombone, as well as other more general information, all designed to help you. We'll be adding to this section periodically, so if there's other topics that you'd like more information on please let us know.

17/10/07 Michael Rath artist Michael Dease has just released his latest CD, "Clarity" on the Bluesback Records label. You can read more about his CD and watch his new video here.

UK Pricing information added
Following many requests, we've now added pricing information for our instruments, mouthpieces and accessories to our website. These prices are for UK retail and international customers purchasing trombones and accessories from us directly. Customers purchasing from one of our distributors should contact their distributor directly for the latest pricing and ordering information in their country.
"You can have any colour you like..."
For those of you who prefer something a little different, customised finishes are a great way to give your trombone a very individual touch. Here's an R9 that we've just completed, finished in black lacquer.

This is just one example of various finishes that we can give your new instrument. Alongside our more regular lacquer finishes, we can also offer brushed lacquer, and different plating options.
We've moved!
From March 19th, Michael Rath Trombones took up residence in our new home. Staying in the Huddersfield area, our new workshop and showroom allows us room to expand to cope with demand, and gives us the opportunity to improve the customer experience for everyone visiting us in a more accessible location.
