Bass Trombones

Bass trombonists have a wide variety of options to choose from: independant and dependant valve systems with a choice of Hagmann or Greenhoe valves; regular or slide tuning, single or double valves; regular or slide tuning, single or double valve - coupled with the bell, slide, tuning slide and leadpipe options common to all of our instruments, players have a incredibly flexibility to put together an instrument to meet their needs.

In addition to our standard features, bell flares for example can be ordered in a variety of flare sizes, and dual bore slides (0.562"/0.578") are available for all of our bass trombone models.

Although we use a standard double valve configuration of Bb/F/Gb/D, we're also able to customise this area so that combinations such as Bb/F/G/Eb and even examples where two valves used together will give B natural are possible.
