Bb/F Tenor Trombones

Our medium large bore tenor trombone and large bore tenor trombones are available with F valve section, as the R3F and R4F respectively.

You have a choice of two different valve sections, Hagmann and Greenhoe, both of which have been designed to be as "transparent" as possible, so that you shouldn't notice a difference in terms of sound or response when using the valve.

Both the R3F and R4F are modular by design, as are all of our instruments, so that if you have an R3F or R4F, you can remove the valve section and replace it with a detachable gooseneck and balance weight, effectively turning it into a straight tenor trombone
