Heavy valve cap
Our heavy valve caps are designed for use with Michael Rath trombones with Hagmann valves and also all other trombone models using the Hagmann valve system.

Replacing the regular weight valve caps, our heavier caps add stability, core and and particularly projection to the entire range of the instrument, without sacrificing flexibilty.
Testing has shown that our heavy weight valve caps give equally good results on other trombones using Hagmann valves; in some cases dramatically improving the playing characteristics of the instrument. Our heavy valve caps can be fitted without the need for any prior adjustment.
